NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Bernie Sanders' campaign manager released a statement Wednesday morning saying the senator is “assessing the state of his campaign.”
"The next primary contest is at least three weeks away. Sen. Sanders is going to be having conversations with supporters to asses his campaign," the statement from Faiz Shakir said.
Shakir also adds that Sanders is currently focused on the response to the coronavirus.
Joe Biden was declared victorious in Florida, Illinois and Arizona, Tuesday night and moves closer to the Democratic presidential nomination.
