'Saturday Night Live' returns this weekend with remotely-produced show

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Live from New York? Maybe not.

NBC announced on Thursday that "Saturday Night Live" will return this weekend with a show -- but it will be produced remotely and of course observe social distancing.

It's also unclear if it will be live or if there will be subsequent remote episodes. There will be no host.

The episode will include "Weekend Update," as well as other original content.

The show scheduled to to return March 28 with John Krasinski as the host and Dua Lipa as the musical guest.

The show tweeted Thursday, "This Saturday #SNLAtHome," along with a screengrab of a zoom that included Aidy Bryant, Heidi Gardner, Pete Davidson, Michael Che, Colin Jost and Beck Bennett
