NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Well, porn star and stripper aren't roles that we would have expected an iconic Hollywood director's daughter to be cast in.
Mikaela Spielberg, 23,-- who describes herself as a "sexual creature" -- has revealed in an interview with the U.S. Sun that she stars in her own solo porn videos -- and she's applied for a state stripper license. She lives far away from the glare of Hollywood in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mikaela says she told parents Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw about her blossoming career during a Facetime conversation over the weekend. She claims they were "intrigued" but "not upset."

So why is she getting into sex work? "I got really tired of not being able to capitalize on my body and frankly, I got really tired of being told to hate my body," she said. "And I also just got tired of working day to day in a way that wasn't satisfying my soul."
She continues, "I feel like doing this kind of work, I'm able to 'satisfy' other people, but that feels good because it's not in a way that makes me feel violated."
She does have her limits though: She won't have sex with another person out of respect for her fiance Chuck Pankow, 47.
In an Instagram post Wednesday, she encouraged fans to deposit funds into her Venmo account, writing, "So if you'd like to give me a tip here's my Venmo, @Mikaela-Spielberg'
She also hopes that this career will allow her to financially break free from her parents.
"My main hope is just that I get somewhere lucrative enough to where I'm not tied down financially by things," she said. "And then I can really start saying to people there's nothing wrong with me using my body in a way that feels comfortable to support myself."
She continued, "I can't stay dependent on my parents or even the state for that matter - not that there's anything wrong with that - it just doesn't feel comfortable for me. This isn't like an 'end of the road' or 'I've hit bottom' choice."
She further explains, "This is a positive, empowering choice, I realized there is no shame in having a fascination with this industry and wanting to do something that is safe, sane, consensual."
