NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Move over, San Francisco! New York is now top of the heap among tech cities on the planet, according to a new study.
New York beat out 29 other global tech cities in a study by real estate brokerage firm Savills Plc.
Among New York's best tech qualities: a large pool of talent and sizable volume of venture capital, the study says.
"So much of it is talent," Paul Tostevin, author of the report, told Bloomberg. "New York can keep generating its own talent and, I think more importantly, recruiting it from around the world."
