NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police arrested a teenager in the fatal Christmas Even beating of a 60-year-old Juan Fresnada during a $1 robbery in the Bronx.18-year-old Abu Conteh is facing murder and gang assault charges and officials say they are still seeking two others.

Fresnada and a 29-year-old friend were walking along Third Avenue around 1:30 a.m. in the Morrisania section when a group approached them and demanded their property.When the two refused, they were attacked but the suspects took a dollar from them before they fled westbound on East 164th Street, authorities said.
Fresnada died three days after he was punched and kicked during the robbery.Police urge anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-8477.
