NEW YORK (1010 WINS) Cops arrested a Tennessee man after he allegedly pulled a gun on a man and woman wearing “Make America Great Again” hats.

James Phillips faces a charge of first-degree wanton endangerment for pulling the gun on the couple at a Sam’s Club in Bowling Green, Kentucky, according to police.

A witness allegedly heard Phillips say, “It’s a good day to die b---h” to the woman.

Store camera footage captured Terry Pierce, who was wearing the MAGA hat, in a confrontation with Phillips, as well as Phillips giving the middle finger to the couple, according to The Daily News.

Police say Phillips has a concealed carry permit and that they found a Glock .40 caliber and magazines on him.

Phillips claims he was the one being harassed by Pierce at the store.
