NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Wednesday's episode of the CW's "Riverdale" will be dedicated to Luke Perry, who played Archie Andrews' dad Fred Andrews, the show's executive producer has confirmed.

Perry died Monday at age 52 after suffering a massive stroke last week.

"Tonight’s episode of #Riverdale finds Fred doing what he does best--helping Archie," tweeted "Riverdale" creator and executive producer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa Wednesday. "It is dedicated to Luke, as all episodes will be for the rest of our run."

The current third season only has a few more episodes left to shoot, and it remains unclear how the show will deal with Perry's death.
