NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Donald Trump Jr. is criticizing the lack of outrage over a billboard that shows President Trump hogtied by a woman.
The billboard is from the clothing brand Dhvani. In the ad, Marine Corps vet Michal Mesa wears the company’s clothing as she hogties Trump with a red, white and blue rope while stomping on his face.
Trump Jr. tweeted: “Hey @NYTimes and MSM. Since you had time to thoroughly cover a stupid and tasteless meme seen by 8 people with incredible outrage, I figured you should dedicate the same time and outrage to THIS BILLBOARD IN TIMES SQUARE you hypocrites! Unless of course you’re just full of shit.”
The meme Trump Jr. appeared to be referencing was a violent parody video that went viral last week showing his father killing liberal political opponents and members of the news media.
Dhvani has said it doesn't endorse violence of any kind and that the ads are metaphorical and an artistic expression.
"The billboard is part of a series of images featuring the impersonator being silenced, bound, and gagged by five diverse female models as a direct response to the Administration's gag rule on Title X providers," the company said.
Other ads from the Dhvani campaign show models taping Trump’s mouth shut.
