NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- President Donald Trump said he's "strongly demanding" that Democratic nominee Joe Biden take a drug test before or after the first presidential debate on Tuesday.
Trump tweeted Sunday morning that he wanted Biden to take a drug test and that he’d take one too.
“I will be strongly demanding a Drug Test of Sleepy Joe Biden prior to, or after, the Debate on Tuesday night. Naturally, I will agree to take one also. His Debate performances have been record setting UNEVEN, to put it mildly. Only drugs could have caused this discrepancy???” the president tweeted.
The tweet comes weeks after Trump accused Biden—without evidence—of taking performance-enhancing drugs during primary debates.
In a Fox News interview earlier this month, Trump said, "I think there's probably – possibly – drugs involved. That's what I hear. I mean, there's possibly drugs. I don't know how you can go from being so bad where you can't even get out a sentence."
The first of three presidential debates is Tuesday night in Cleveland.
