NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Video shows three men trashing a Brooklyn bagel shop after they were told the business was closed—a rampage that the owner said caused $13,000 in damages.
Video obtained by WCBS-TV shows the three men throwing tables, tossing drinks, kicking in a display counter and even wrecking a meat slicer at The Brothers' Bagels on Fort Hamilton Parkway in Dyker Heights last week.
An employee, Edgar Morales, told the station that the men became enraged when they were told the business was closed for the night.
Morales said he watched from behind a counter as the trio rampaged through the shop. He eventually retreated to the back in fear.
"I was scared, you know, because I don't know what these guys are going to do to me," Morales said.
No one was injured in the rampage, but owner Hector Morales said the men left behind $13,000 in damages.
