NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ripped up her copy of  President Trump's State of the Union speech as he ended his address -- and the moment has become one of the night's most buzzed-about stories.

"It was a manifesto of mistruths," Pelosi told reporters as she left the Capitol.

The ripping was not planned, according to a person close to the speaker who was unauthorized to speak publicly.
