PALM BEACH, Fla. (1010 WINS) -- A lawyer for Robert Kraft told a Florida judge Friday that videos of the 77-year-old New England Patriots owner allegedly getting sexually serviced at massage parlor is akin to adult films.

Lawyer William Bruck said at a hearing, "There's no need to see the video unless you actually have a prurient interest in seeing the video ... It's basically pornography." Kraft was not at the hearing.

Bruck argued that Kraft's "constitutional right to privacy" trumps the public interest in the seeing the videos.

Burck made that argument as part of an attempt to bar the media from getting police surveillance videos showing Kraft visiting the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida, in January.

Burck said the media wants the videos in the interest of "eyeballs and clicks."

"Clearly a constitutional right to privacy trumps the Florida statutes that would permit public disclosure," he said. "It shouldn't matter to the public what the video looks like, what is actually on the screen," Burck said, noting that a police officer had described what happened on the video in detail in a criminal complaint against Kraft.
