NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Two comics and an audience member separately confronted Harvey Weinstein at a variety show in the Lower East Side Wednesday night.
Performer Kelly Bachman used her time on stage to comment on Harvey Weinstein after she saw him at an Actor's Hour event at the Downtime bar.
"I didn't know we had to bring our own mace and rape whistles to actors hour," Bachman said on stage, describing Weinstein as the "elephant in the room."

Weinstein is currently facing predatory sexual assault, criminal sexual act, first-degree rape and third-degree rape charges.
He has pleaded not guilty and his trial is scheduled to begin in January.
Comedian Amber Rollo said in a tweet that she approached Weinstein saying, ""f---ing monster and told him he should disappear."
An audience member also confronted Weinstein directly.
"Nobody's gonna say anything?" said Zoe Stuckless while pointing at Weinstein in a video she posted on Facebook. "I'm going to stand 4 feet from a f---ing rapist, and nobody's gonna say anything?"

Bachman and Stuckless were asked to leave the bar by the venue.
A spokesperson for Weinstein said, "Harvey Weinstein was out with friends enjoying the music and trying to find some solace in his life that has been turned upside down. This scene was uncalled for, downright rude and an example of how due process today is being squashed by the public, trying to take it away in the courtroom too."
