In the videom the man is seen leaning across the country and and grabbing the cashier until she lurches forward. She, in turn, tries to throw punches at the man.
While this is going on, people are heard shouting "Let her go!" and "Stop!"
After video of the altercation was circulated, police arrested Daniel Willis Taylor, a 40-year-old transient man. Taylor was charged with two counts of simple battery and ordered to stay away from the McDonald’s restaurant and avoid contact with the employee.
