NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez hopes to have a new advisor on the Hill – the adorable puppy she introduced on an Instagram story.
The congresswoman said she doesn't have a name for the little guy, but that she said in her story that she's looking for "something Star Trek related or Queens/Bronx/NYC social good related."
On Twitter, she says "the goal is to train him to be a community pup. Ideally we want to work to the point where he can enjoy town halls, be an Amtrak pup, come to the office, etc."
Her story begins with her announcing, "We just did something big!" She adds, "Welcome to our family!"
