NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Will Donald Trump commit to a "peaceful transfer of power" if he loses the election?

The president was asked just that at a press briefing Wednesday, and the short answer is he isn't sure.

"Well, we're going to have to see what happens," Trump said.

He then pointed to mail-in ballots, which has been a popular talking point of his.

"You know that I've been complaining very strongly about the ballots and the ballots are a disaster ... we want to get rid of the ballots ... and there won't be a transition and there will be a continuation. The ballots are out of control. You know it and you know who knows it better than anyone else, the Democrats know it better than anyone else."
