NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police arrested a driver after a woman was struck and critically injured in Queens Wednesday.The incident occurred around 4 p.m. on 110th St and Northern Boulevard in the Corona area.A witness tells ABC-7 that the victim was delivering food to people impacted by COVID-19 and was struck by a speeding car as she was taking food out of her vehicle.
