LOS ANGELES (1010 WINS) — Britney Spears was ticketed by the California Highway Patrol last month after she was caught driving at an "unsafe speed for prevailing conditions," according to a new report.

NBC News reports that court records do not reveal where the pop star was going, her speed, or the conditions under which she was pulled over on March 10.
The incident occurred after Spears, 40, regained her driving privileges following the termination of her conservatorship last November.
In a now-deleted post, Spears said on Instagram that her 13-year conservatorship caused her to "like a hopeless old woman," unable to drive, among other alleged controversial restrictions.
Spears, who recently announced she was pregnant for the third time, is set to appear in court for the traffic citation on May 3, 2022, according to NBC News.
Her lawyer did not respond to the outlet's request for comment.
