The women, who go by Zoe and Lily, told The Hollywood Reporter that promotions and press reports about the "Sex and the City" revival drove them to come forward, accusing the former "Good Wife" and "Law and Order" actor of sexual assault, years apart.

In 2004, Zoe said that after she had previously met Noth at a high-profile Los Angeles firm with celebrity clients, the then-22-year-old said Noth would "flirt" with her and leave her voice messages on her work phone.

"This was peak Sex and the City," she said. "He was like a god to us."

Noth is alleged to have invited her to the pool that August at his West Hollywood apartment as a friend tagged along who lived in the same building.

Zoe alleged Noth asked her a series of questions about her major and gave her a book to look at before Noth went to his apartment to take a call. She claims she went to Noth's apartment to return the book and he kissed her as she stepped through the door, then forcibly removed her shorts and bikini bottom and allegedly raped her.

"It was very painful and I yelled out, 'Stop!'" she told THR. "And he didn’t. I said, 'Can you at least get a condom?' and he laughed at me."

She said she went to the hospital after the incident but did not tell police about who allegedly raped her.

The second woman, Lily, then-25-years-old, alleged Noth assaulted her in 2015 after she met him while working as a server in the VIP section of an NYC nightclub. Lily told the outlet that Noth invited her to dinner, but as the restaurant began to close, they went back to his Greenwich Village apartment after drinking.

Eventually, Lily alleges, the two began to kiss, and at some point, he forcefully "pulled down his pants" and "thrust his penis" into her mouth before having sex with her.

Noth told The Hollywood Reporter that the sexual assault allegations against him are "categorically false" and claimed the encounters were consensual.

"The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false. These stories could’ve been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago — no always means no — that is a line I did not cross. The encounters were consensual," Noth said.

He added, "It’s difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out. I don’t know for certain why they are surfacing now, but I do know this: I did not assault these women."
