Riders took to the subway and streets again this year for the annual No Pants Subway Ride. Temperatures barely hit freezing and wind chills were even lower, but that didn't stop the pants-less participants, who were spotted in stations across the city and in Union Square. Twenty-four cities participate in the annual event arranged by Improv Everywhere, a New York City-based comedy collective.
