NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- One person was in custody after shots were fired near Central Park on Friday morning, police said.
The shots rang out at West 70th Street and Central Park West on the Upper West Side shortly before 8:45 a.m.
According to police, a man was approached by three men, which led to an argument.

During the quarrel, one of the trio pulled out a gun and fired three rounds, police said.
No one was struck gunfire, but one person was taken to Mount Sinai Morningside. Their injuries were unclear.
Police said one person was taken into custody.
