
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 14-year-old boy was sent to the hospital on Wednesday morning after being shot outside a Brooklyn NYCHA complex, police said.
The teen was struck in the left forearm at around 11:56 a.m. outside 1240 Sutter Ave., a residential building at NYCHA’s Cypress Hills complex.
The victim was transported to Long Island Jewish Medical Center in stable condition, police said.
Investigators are searching for two male suspects.
Officials said that the pair—dressed in all black and wearing ski masks—fled the scene on foot, running south on Logan Street.
An investigation is ongoing.
