
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Two men were shot and killed within hours of each other in Brooklyn on Wednesday night, police said as they searched for multiple suspects.
The victims included an unidentified 37-year-old man shot in Bedford Stuyvesant shortly after 9 p.m. and a 38-year-old New Jersey man shot in East Flatbush four hours later, around 1:15 a.m.

The first victim was shot in the chest behind 744 Park Ave. at the NYCHA Tompkins Houses. EMS rushed him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, where he was pronounced dead.
Police were searching for three male suspects who fled on foot.
The second victim was shot in the chest at 5724 Beverly Rd. He was also taken by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, where he died.
He was identified as Brandon Sylvester, of Englewood.
No arrests have been reported in either shooting.
