NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two men were pulled from the Hudson River off Manhattan on Tuesday morning after attempting to save a woman who is still missing, officials confirmed.
At around 9:57 a.m., the men saw the woman jump into the Hudson River at Pier 32 near Watts and West streets in Tribeca.
They got into the water in an attempt to save her, but were unsuccessful.
The NYPD Harbor Unit and FDNY divers responded, and the two men were rescued. Both were in stable condition.
The scene was turned over to the NYPD when FDNY operations concluded, fire officials said.
The search for the woman, which included NYPD and U.S. Coast Guard officials, has been suspended.
