
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are investigating after two men were stabbed in an attempted robbery outside a gas station in Brooklyn Tuesday morning.
It happened at approximately 9:30 a.m. near a Shell gas station located at 36th Street and 5th Avenue in Sunset Park, authorities said.
According to officials, a 25-year-old man was approached by the suspects who demanded his motorcycle. When the man refused, he was stabbed in the arm.
A 34-year-old man nearby was also stabbed in the back and left thigh, cops said.
Both men were transported to an area hospital and are expected to survive.
