NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A woman pushed two tourists onto the tracks at a Lower East Side subway station early Monday in an unprovoked attack, police said.

The alleged shover—Ebony Butts, 42—was arrested and charged with two counts each of assault and reckless endangerment.

The two victims, both women, were on the F-line platform at the Delancey Street/Essex Street station just after 2:15 a.m. when Butts shoved them onto the tracks, police said.

The first woman was pushed out of nowhere, while the second was pushed as she helped the first woman, according to cops.

No train was coming into the station at the time, and they were not hit. A bystander helped them back onto the platform.

The victims were transported conscious and alert to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where they were in stable condition. They suffered minor injuries, including pain to their legs.
