NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A collision of approximately 20 vehicles on the Henry Hudson Bridge amid the snowfall across New York City on Wednesday caused multiple injures, police said.
The incident occurred on the southbound lane on the Henry Hudson Bridge. around 6:30 p.m., officials said.
Delays caused by the crash and bad snow conditions forced Emergency personnel to walk through the snow to tend to those injured.
Six victims were transported to local hospitals with injuries, the FDNY said.
All injuries were considered non-life-threatening, NYPD told 1010 WINS.
All southbound lanes of the Henry Hudson Bridge were closed as a result of the collision, officials said.
