Cops searching for 3 suspects in BX drive-by that injured 2 teens

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for three people suspected in a Bronx drive by shooting that injured two teenagers early Friday morning.

The group opened fire from the window of a gray Hyundai Sonata in front of an apartment building on Andrew Avenue South near West 179th Street in University Heights around 2 a.m., according to officials.

One 18-year-old man was hit in the back, and another 18-year-old man was struck in the right calf, authorities said.

Emergency responders brough the victims to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
