NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Three teens were injured after crashing a stolen car into multiple vehicles, including an NYPD cruiser and a truck, in Brooklyn early Wednesday morning, police said.

The series of crashes left all three teens hospitalized, including one teen who was in critical condition at Maimonides Hospital, police told WABC.

Police said the teens stole a Chevrolet Malibu in East New York around 2:30 a.m. before running a red light and crashing into an unmarked police cruiser at Mother Gaston Boulevard and Livonia Avenue.

The Chevy then struck a Cadillac Escalade and collided with the back of a parked box truck near Linden Boulevard and Atkins Avenue, according to police.

A teen passenger in the Chevy was critically injured, while a teen driver and another passenger were in stable condition, police said. Charges against them were pending Wednesday.

Two officers in the police car were taken to Kings County Hospital for observation.
