NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Three teens were stabbed at a Staten Island bagel store following an argument early Sunday, officials said as the search continues for a masked suspect.
The dispute happened at just before 2 a.m. at the Bagel Depot located on Richmond Avenue in Eltingville. Moments later police were called for reports of multiple people slashed in front of Chesbrough Avenue authorities said.
According to police, a 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl had left the bagel shop after the dispute and went to their Chesbrough Avenue house, where another teen came outside.
The attacker then slashed all three teens with a sharp object, cops said. The 19-year-old was slashed in the right leg, the 14-year-old boy was slashed in the right leg and the 15-year-old girl was slashed on her right arm.
They were all taken to Staten Island University Hospital - North Campus in stable condition.
It is unclear what led up to the slashing.
No arrests have been made but police are searching for a possible teen boy last seen wearing a gray sweat suit and black ski mask.
The investigation is ongoing.
