
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A housing lottery has opened for dozens of affordable apartments at a Manhattan high-rise with views of the Hudson River.
The 47 units are available at River Place, a rent-stabilized building located at 650 W. 42nd St. in Hell’s Kitchen.
The available units include 13 studio apartments with a monthly rent of $1,130, 28 one-bedrooms with a rent of $1,634 and 6 two-bedrooms with a rent of $2,467.
Among the amenities are concierge services, a fitness center with outdoor tennis, indoor basketball courts, an indoor swimming pool and a valet parking garage.
The building is offering one month free and waiving the amenity and pet fees for the initial lease term.
New Yorkers with an income between $38,743 and $167,570 are eligible, according to a posting on NYC Housing Connect.
