The two men opened fire on each other, striking the 8-year-old girl, her 39-year-old father and a 36-year-old woman. The girl and her father were trick-or-treating at the time, according to WABC.
The girl was struck in her knee and her father was struck in his arm, police said. The father took himself and his daughter to Harlem Hospital, where they were in stable condition.
The woman was shot in her arm and was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in stable condition.

Neither of the shooters was injured, according to police, who said the men ran from the scene. Police said surveillance video shows the two of them firing several rounds at each other and stray bullets striking the bystanders.
The NYPD released images of the suspects on Sunday. They're believed to be in their 20s or early 30s.
