NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A nine-year-old boy was struck by a vehicle on a Williamsburg street late Wednesday afternoon, police said.
At around 5:33 p.m. the child was hit outside of 61 Harrison Avenue, according to the NYPD.
Officials said he was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue where he is in stable condition.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene, and the investigation remains ongoing.
