NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- An Amber Alert was issued Monday for a 9-month-old girl abducted in Manhattan at 2:50 a.m. on Eighth Avenue in Harlem.
"The child was taken under circumstances that lead police to believe that they are in imminent danger of serious harm and/or death," New York State officials said.
The child, Mi Angel Gaines, was allegedly taken by suspect Antonio Armstrong, 22.
Gaines is described as 15" tall, 19 lbs., wearing a red, white and blue onesie.
Armstrong is 5'11", 200 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, and has a tattoo of microphone on his neck.
