NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD released surveillance footage Friday of a man who allegedly menaced an MTA bus operator while wielding a gun in the Bronx last weekend.
The suspect—clad in a sweatshirt featuring Chucky from the “Child's Play” horror franchise—threatened a 37-year-old woman who was operating a Bx41 bus in Claremont Village on Saturday, police said.
As the two argued aboard the bus around 12:50 p.m. at East 170th Street and Webster Avenue, he allegedly pulled out a gun and threatened her with it.
The victim was not physically injured during the encounter.
The suspect left the bus and fled on foot, police said.
