AMITYVILLE, N.Y. (1010 WINS) — A man riding his bike was fatally struck on a Suffolk County road Monday night, police said.
A northbound 2009 Toyota Camry struck the cyclist as he was crossing Route 110 from west to east near Ritter Avenue in Amityville around 11:10 p.m.
The victim, who has yet to be identified, was pronounced dead at Good Samaritan University Hospital in West Islip, police said.
Police said that the 22-year-old driver had no injuries.
