
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A woman wearing a bathrobe was arrested on Monday after exposing herself to officers, refusing to leave an airport shuttle van, and injuring two officers in the process.
Police received reports of a Brooklyn woman who was refusing to leave a
Five Towns Motor Inn van that was providing rides to and from John F. Kennedy International Airport at around 1 p.m.
When they arrived, they found Frances Hierro, 52, sitting inside of the van with an open bathrobe exposing herself, “acting erratic” and refusing to comply.
Two officers sustained injuries as Hierro became increasingly violent and
combative, according to police.
Officers tased Hierro and arrested her.
Both the officers and Hierro were transported to local hospitals for treatment and evaluation.
Hierro is being charged with two counts of assault, obstructing governmental administration, criminal mischief and public lewdness.
