NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man’s body was found floating in the East River off Lower Manhattan on Monday morning, police said.
The body turned up in the waters off Pier 11 shortly after 7 a.m. according to police.
The medical examiner is determining the man’s cause of death as police investigate.
He has not yet been publicly identified.
