Trio sought for stealing bottles of promethazine in a Manhattan armed home invasion.

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD released surveillance footage on Tuesday of three men wanted for stealing bottles of the sedative promethazine in a Manhattan armed home invasion over the weekend.

It happened at approximately 3:35 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, inside a residential building on Old Broadway, located between West 131st Street and West 133rd Street, officials said.


According to police, two men, ages 24 and 21, were inside their apartment when the three suspects knocked on the door. When the victims opened it, the suspects brandished a firearm and forced their way inside the residence.

Once inside the apartment, the trio stole multiple bottles of promethazine then fled the building on foot in an unknown direction.

No injures were reported.
