NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 13-year-old boy fell to his death from the balcony of a Midtown building, Monday morning, officials confirm.
At approximately 7 a.m., police discovered the boy laying on the ground with injuries consistent to a fall.
Authorities determined the boy, whose identity hasn't been released, fell from the the 20th floor terrace at 400 West 43rd Street.
The boy, later identified as Matthew Pierre, had been on doing his homework on the balcony.
while his mom and sister were also home, the New York Post reports.
