NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A shooting in the Bronx left a 14-year-old boy fighting for his life Thursday, police said.
The boy was shot shortly after 4 p.m. Wednesday on Wallace Avenue, near Pelham Parkway North, in the Allerton section, according to police.
He was with a group of friends in front of 2220 Wallace Ave. when someone from another group came up and opened fire, police said.

The boy was taken to Jacobi Hospital in critical condition with gunshot wounds to his neck and stomach, according to police.
It's unclear if he was the intended target, police said.
No arrests had been made as of Thursday.
