NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD released a photo on Friday of two suspects wanted for robbing a teen boy of a sweater at knifepoint earlier this month in Chelsea.

It happened at approximately 8:44 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 3, opposite of 361 West 17th Street, authorities said.

According to police, a 15-year-old boy was approached by the two suspects who demanded his sweater and displayed a knife.

The suspects took the boy's sweater and $40 before fleeing on foot to parts unknown, officials said.

The first suspect is believed to be 15 to 18-years-old and was last seen wearing a black skull hat, grey hooded sweatshirt, black jacket, red pants and black shoes.

The second suspect is believed to be 15 to 18-years-old and was last seen wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, blue vest, blue jeans and white sneakers.
