NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 17-year-old boy was stabbed and wounded while walking to his high school in the Bronx on Monday morning, police said.
The teenage student was walking outside William Howard Taft High School in the Claremont section around 9:30 a.m. when two people attacked him, according to the NYPD.
One of them punched him in the face, and the other stabbed him in the buttocks, before they both ran off, police said.
The victim was taken to Harlem Hospital and is expected to survive.
