Boy, 4, in critical condition after falling from 10th floor of Bronx apartment building

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A 4-year-old boy was critically injured Saturday after falling from the 10th floor of an apartment building in the Bronx, police said.

The boy fell from the Noble Mansion Apartments on Noble Avenue in the Parkchester section around 2:30 p.m., according to police.

The boy had climbed over the railing of a balcony before he fell, police said.

The child was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in critical condition with severe head and body trauma, according to police.

No criminality is suspected in the fall, police said.
