The responders revived the baby and took him to a nearby hospital, where testing showed cocaine in his system, the NYPD said.

The baby’s parents, both 36, were arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child after the incident, police said.

It wasn’t immediately clear how cocaine ended up in the baby’s system. An investigation is ongoing.
