VIDEO: Bronx group who shot victims with BB gun sought by police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking to identify a group wanted for shooting people with a BB gun in the Bronx earlier this month, authorities said.

Just before 11 p.m on Wednesday, Nov. 3, the suspects approached a 73-year-old employee of a fruit stand located in front of 3764 White Plains Road in Olinville, the NYPD said.

While recording on a cellphone, the suspect shot the victim in the face with a BB gun before fleeing, officials said.

The victim sustained a laceration to the face and was taken to Jacobi Hospital by EMS in stable condition.

At approximately 9 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 8, the suspects approached a 37-year-old MTA train conductor on the southbound 2 train platform of the East 219th Street subway station iin Olinville.

According to police, the suspects shot the victim in the face with a BB gun through the open window of the stationary train before fleeing the station.

The victim sustained a laceration to the face. EMS transported him to St. Barnabas Hospital.
