NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A Bronx man who was wanted for a fatal shooting in a nightclub last May has been apprehended, police said.

On Tuesday, 40-year-old Damon Bailey was arrested on murder and gun charges for allegedly shooting 30-year-old Shamar Watt during a dispute over the bathroom.
The incident occurred in May at an unlicensed club on Third Avenue near East 184th Street in Belmont where surveillance footage shows the two men arguing over whose turn it was to use the restroom.
Bailey then allegedly took out a handgun and shot Watt in the head. Bailey fled the scene and Watt was transported to Saint Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced dead two days later.
Watt was a hospital accountant and a local rapper who was known by his stage name Malcolm Vuitton.
