NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is searching for a Bronx teen who hasn't been seen since Halloween afternoon.
Ian Wells, 17, was last seen around noon on Oct. 31 at his home in the Castle Hill section of the Bronx, police said.
He is 6-foot-4-inches-tall, 230 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
