VIDEO: Brooklyn gas station worker robbed of $1K at gunpoint; 2 suspects sought by police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is asking for the public's assistance to identify two men wanted in connection to an armed robbery at a Brooklyn gas station last week, authorities said.

At approximately 5 a.m. on Monday, August 23, two men entered the convenience store located inside a Brooklyn Shell Gas Station located inside of 2193 Bedford Avenue in Flatbush and displayed firearms, according to police.


The suspects then approached 61-year-old male store employee and forcibly removed approximately $1,000 dollars from the cash register at gunpoint.

They then fled on foot eastbound on Church Avenue, officials said.
