NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a smoker who allegedly punched a 71-year-old woman who'd asked her to stub out her light in Brooklyn.
The NYPD released an image Wednesday of the suspect they're after in the Sept. 17 assault in Brighton Beach.
According to police, the victim was sitting on a bench at Brighton 15th Street and Brighton Beach Avenue around 4 p.m. when she asked her attacker to stop smoking.
During the argument, the smoker punched the victim in the face, police said. She then fled the scene.
The victim wasn't seriously injured and declined medical attention.
